The Sail Team exemplifies skill, teamwork, and maritime knowledge as cadets navigate and race sailboats in various conditions. They undergo rigorous training to master sailing techniques, weather analysis, and boat handling.

Seamanship and collaboration are core to our NJROTC program, and the Sail Team embodies these values. Success requires precise maneuvering, strategic decision-making, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions. Cadets work together to optimize performance and ensure safe, efficient sailing.

Beyond sailing skills, team members develop leadership and problem-solving abilities. We offer ongoing support to help them excel in every regatta and training session. The Sail Team is a testament to the skill and dedication that define our NJROTC program.
