Discipline and concentration are essential to our NJROTC program, and the Marksmanship Team exemplifies these values. Success requires self-discipline, attention to detail, and a calm focus under pressure. Cadets learn to control their breath, steady their aim, and maintain composure.

Beyond marksmanship, team members also develop leadership and decision-making skills. We provide coaching and support to help them perform at their best. The Marksmanship Team is a testament to the dedication and mental toughness that define our NJROTC program.
